1. Who we are

This policy applies to gazibaklava.com, operated by Hedef d.o.o. Sarajevo (“Gazi Baklava”), registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: info@gazibaklava.com, +387 62 900 252, Džemala Bijedića 162/a, Novi Grad, Sarajevo.

Our business focus is local and regional B2B sales in Bosnia and Herzegovina and nearby markets (foodservice and wholesale).

2. Data we process

Information you send us: contact name, company, email, phone (optional), country/market, message and site language — via the wholesale form, email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.

Technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP, time, browser, page requested). We do not use this for profiling.

Please do not send special-category data (health, religion, etc.) in messages.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use data only for B2B communication: replying to inquiries, quotes, samples and wholesale cooperation.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in business communication and, where cooperation starts, contract performance or pre-contractual steps.

4. Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and for any business relationship, then for a reasonable archive/legal period unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Recipients

We do not sell data. Access may be given only as needed to: hosting (cPanel), info@gazibaklava.com mail infrastructure and site maintenance.

Links to WhatsApp, Viber, Google Maps or social networks take you to third-party services with their own privacy rules.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object — email info@gazibaklava.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AZLP).

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures (HTTPS, limited email access, form protection). No internet transmission is completely risk-free.
